Practices are held Monday through Friday 6PM - 8PM, Saturday 7AM - 9AM

ARSC is in the Metro division of Southern California Swimming (SCS).  Please check SCS for the most updated and detailed information.  Members will receive emails from the coach for sign up and meet information.  Short course (SC) meets are 25-yards and the SC season usually runs from September to February while long course (LC) meets are 50-meters and the LC season typically runs from March to August.
